Ashish leads the Firm's Tax and Transaction Advisory practice, advising Indian businesses, multinational corporations and promoter groups on complex tax, regulatory and strategic business matters.
With over 18 years of professional experience, including his tenure at Ernst & Young, he has advised clients on domestic and international taxation, cross-border transactions, corporate tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, business restructurings, inbound and outbound investments, and regulatory advisory. His experience includes advising on large cross-border acquisitions, tax-efficient business reorganisations, financing structures, corporate restructurings and strategic transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
He also advises clients on tax controversies and assessments, helping businesses navigate evolving tax laws while delivering commercially practical and sustainable solutions.
Shruti Agarwal

Shruti leads the Firm's Accounting, Compliance and CFO Services practice, assisting businesses in building robust financial reporting and governance frameworks.
She has extensive experience in accounting advisory, statutory and secretarial compliances, internal financial controls, finance process transformation and Virtual CFO services. She has designed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal control frameworks for companies across diverse industries, while also advising on India entry structures, joint ventures, demergers, LLP conversions and corporate restructurings.
Shruti works closely with management teams to strengthen finance functions, improve compliance, streamline business processes and establish scalable accounting and governance systems that support sustainable business growth.
Mahak Chitlangia

Mahak leads the Firm's Audit & Assurance practice, helping businesses strengthen financial reporting, governance and regulatory compliance through high-quality assurance services.
Her experience spans statutory audits, financial statement reporting, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), CARO reporting and assurance engagements for Indian and multinational companies across infrastructure, technology, manufacturing and other sectors. She has advised clients on financial reporting under Indian GAAP and Schedule III to the Companies Act, business valuations, transfer pricing documentation.
She works closely with clients to deliver independent insights that strengthen financial reporting, enhance governance standards and deliver assurance that supports sound governance and informed business decisions.
