The Challenge
A real-estate group held assets across several partnership entities and wanted them consolidated into a single one.
What We Did
We advised on the alternative consolidation structures and the tax and regulatory implications of each, then assisted in implementing the chosen route — a merger of two LLPs.
The Outcome
The consolidation completed as one of the earliest LLP mergers in India — to our knowledge, only the second in the country at the time.
